Worship

Our main weekly service includes dinner and worship each Sunday Evening at 6:04 pm.  This worship service is a blend of Episcopal and Lutheran tradition.  We offer an open communion every week, where all are welcomed to attend our services and are welcome at our table.  Dinner and worship takes place every Sunday during the University of Tennessee academic school year.  Sunday services will resume January 10, for the 2010 school year and will continue through May 2, 2010.

Student-led Bible Study every Wednesday evening (beginning January 13, 2010) at 8:30 pm.

“TRANSFORMED” - New to Tyson House this semester, and interdenominational ministry of college students engaged in Christian education, worship, fellowship, mission, and prayer.  Entirely student-designed and led, this semester's Transformed Bible study and theological forum is based on AnAltar in the World - a new, critically, acclaimed book by Barbara Brown Taylor.  Join us on Thursday nights at 7:00 as we rediscover an exciting, practice-based spirituality that blurs the lines between the secular and the sacred beyond recognition!  Together, we'll work the faith - in more ways that one!  Questions?  Contact Justin Crisp at justincrisp@me.com.
